IDL Lectures are back

Professor Taras Gerya is a professor for Geodynamics and Analytical and Numerical Modelling of Geological and Planetary Processes, Department of Earth Sciences at ETH Zurich. His research focuses on plate tectonics, geodynamics, planetary processes as well as numerical geodynamic modelling.

His lecture titled “Biogeodynamics: implications of plate tectonics for habitability and finding extraterrestrial civilizations” will be given on 18th May, at 12 p.m., in FCUL room 6.2.53.
