MagellanPlus Workshop Venue
The ECORD Magellan Plus Workshop will take place at the Instituto Dom Luiz library, at the Faculty of Sciences, University of Lisbon, Portugal.
The Faculty of Sciences is located at Campo Grande.
How to get there
Campo Grande is served by several bus routes (717, 731, 735, 736, 738, 750, 755, 767, 778, 798) and two metro lines (yellow and green) – see purple circles on map. Plan your trip here.
For any city public transport you need to purchase a reusable card (VIVA Viagem, available on any metro station on ticket vending machines) and charge it with trips. These trips are valid in any public transport (metro, bus, tramway, train) within the city limits. You need to validate your card each time you get on board and you can recharge it as many times as needed.
The airport is served by the metro red line, you can switch to the green line at Alameda station, it takes about 30 minutes to arrive at Campo Grande.
Instituto Dom Luiz
IDL is based in Building C1. IDL’s library (room 1.1.37) is located on the 1st floor (ground/parking lot level). Please note that the entry to the building is done one level above (2nd floor), next to Building C8 and the grass field – see orange arrow on the photo below.
